Delete your FlexiMark account

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from the app or from this website.

Steps

Open fleximark.fyi (or the FlexiMark app) and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings (bottom of the sidebar) → Account & sync → Delete account. Following the button above opens this step for you.
Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete my account permanently.

What gets deleted

Your account: email address, password, name and profile picture.
All your notes, folders, workspaces, handwriting, PDFs and annotations, favourites and trash.
Your share codes. People you shared with lose access to those items, and you leave anything shared with you.

Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. Copies may remain in our providers' encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they're overwritten. Nothing is kept after that.

Want to keep a copy first? In FlexiMark, use the ⋯ menu at the top of the sidebar → Export backup.

Can't sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in screen (“Forgot password?”). If that doesn't work, email privacy@fleximark.fyi from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
